| Policies |
PARTS
Most parts sold by AMPC carry a manufactures warranty which is usually 90
days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. All manufacture
warranties are passed on to the buyer. All parts sold by AMPC carry a 30 day
warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. AMPC's liability on
any and all products is limited to the replacement of defective parts only.
Labor or any other monetary expense regarding any part sold is the
responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED PARTS
Parts that are damaged after leaving AMPC are the responsibility of the
Buyer. All Customers are encouraged to inspect packages at the point of pick
up. If your package is damaged, have the person selling note the damage,
especially on purchases over $50.00. Any parts damaged after leaving AMPC
may void any and all warranties or possibility of return.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
At AMPC, we try to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you
are not 100% satisfied with any product you have purchased, please contact
AMPC. Customers may return or exchange certain items within 30 days.
There will be a 10% Restocking Fee on all items. Special Order items are
subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. Should a Customer not be able to
physically bring an item, all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of
the customer. All returns, regardless of type, must be accompanied by a copy
of the original invoice.
EXCLUDED PRODUCTS & SERVICES
AMPC will not give refunds on the following parts: electrical parts of any kind,
used parts of any kind, any new parts which have been installed or attempted
to be installed that are not defective, any parts not in their original packaging.
Fiberglass and sheet metal parts that have been altered in any way (i.e.
sanded on, painted, ground on, etc.) may not be returned.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time.
Saturdays by Appointment Only.
Closed Sundays.
OTHER COMPANY POLICIES
This website may not be copied or reproduced in any manner without written
permission from American Muscle & Performance Cars, Inc. AMPC assumes
no responsibility for errors or omissions in this website. AMPC apologizes for
any inconvenience this may cause. Many products sold by AMPC are
designed to modify your car from factory specifications. Buyer accepts all risk
and responsibility concerning installation and usage of these products. AMPC
accepts no responsibility and offers no warranties, expressed or implied,
regarding the safety of any products.
